The delegation of the Eurasian Economic Commission visited the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, in order to find possible areas of cooperation and with the proposal of solutions integration between the countries of the Union and the Republic of Tatarstan, in terms of scientific and technological cooperation.The Eurasian Economic Commission is a permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union (includes the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic) with its headquarters in Moscow.
Within the scope of the meeting, Deputy CEO of the IVF RT, Savva Arsen Vladimirovich told about the programs implemented by the Fund, as well as about the areas of innovative activity, which could serve as a basis for cooperation. In particular, the guests were presented the Idea-1000 Program, the Acceleration program, as well as the format of the Russian Venture Forum.
The delegation headed by Karine Minasyan, the Member of the Board (Minister) for domestic markets, IT development , information and communication technologies, showed great interest in the format of work with innovative projects within the framework of the Idea-1000 program. They noted the high level of results achieved and made an official invitation for the Fund to act as experts in the semifinal selection of projects for the Eurasian Economic Commission Contest in Kazakhstan and in the final of the competition to be held in Armenia in October 2018. Karine Minasyan also accepted the invitation to act as moderator of the round table from the EEC during of the Russian Venture Forum in 2019. This will be the first step in establishing bilateral cooperation, sharing experience in the field of development and attracting innovative projects between the Union and the Republic of Tatarstan.
