Well-coordinated work of the whole team of volunteers provides fans with a comfortable stay at the stadiums during matches, easy guideline in the public transport system, catering, tourist routes, and on the whole, allows to feel at home in Russia.IStaff is responsible for the personnel recruitment for the World Cup -2018. This cloud service is applied at all stages of work with temporary staff (stewards) during preparation and conduction of the World Cup 2018. With the help of iStaff coaching and training of stewards set was made in Kazan, Yekaterinburg and Saransk. At present an active work in the stadiums and in the fan zones of the championship is being carried out. Within 5 minutes events are created by administrators in the iStaff application. And then, any candidates who meet the necessary criteria can register for the events independently. The staff is notified of all changes through the iStaff service. It keeps a record of the hours worked, and instantly the data is transferred to the auditors of the organizing committee of the 2018 World Cup and to the accounting department for the remuneration calculation. The administrators mark in the service not only the hours worked, but also the way stewards work out at the sites, form their ratings, which are then used to invite the most appropriate candidates. We decided to learn more about the work experience at the 2018 World Cup from its representative, Sergei Sidorkovich. When organizing mass sporting events, there is a lot of chaos associated with finding, hiring, preparing and monitoring the work of temporary staff, Sergei said. We have to make a lot of phone calls, process a large amount of data by ear. All this increases a risk of making mistakes, leads to loss of time and money. To solve these problems, the development team came up with the iStaff cloud service, where a single information space brought together all the participants of the business process: candidates, recruiters, teachers and coaches, managers and seniors at the facilities, personnel and accounting department. Sergey noted that due to iStaff, we require 2-3 times fewer recruiting managers, the number of calls for collecting and organizing events is reduced by 50-70%. The iStaff team holds more than 20 events of international, European and All-Russian scale. Currently, about 25,000 people use the service. The plans for iStaff to resume work with the Premier League football clubs. For example, Spartak and Zenith are already testing the service. Negotiations are underway with the Organizing Committee for the Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk. Sergey added that it is planned to finalize the service, in particular, to launch a mobile application for iOs, to launch an analytical module, a module for senior employees at the facilities during events and much more. Recall in 2017, iStaff- was selected by the Investment and Venture Fund in the final of the “Idea-1000” competition and became the winner of the Start-1 program.
