10 Best University Startups in the Country Selected for the 20th Russian Venture Forum
The 3rd All-Russian Forum of Technological Entrepreneurship "TechPred-2025" concluded in Moscow. It is the main event of the year for university startups, where the results of the University TechPred Platform are summarized. The team of the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (IVF RT), as part of the expert commission, conducted large-scale scouting at the forum venue and selected the 10 most promising projects.
These teams received a direct invitation to the Russian Venture Forum (RVF) – the country's largest platform for meetings between investors and startups, which will be held in Kazan from April 8 to 10, 2026. The awards to the winners were presented by Damir Galiev, Director of IVF RT. The winning companies were:
DigitWin
NATA
SafeCargo
Milky Bubble
Stellar Wave
BiSurf
Zhivaya Zelen (Live Greens)
ProCeramics
Arktika (Arctic)
CervixScreen AI
The projects will become participants in the exhibition and pitch sessions of the upcoming Russian Venture Forum. This is a chance for them to find a strategic partner, attract investments from venture funds and business angels, and get into IVF RT's accelerator programs.
The RVF organizers will provide the selected startups with support during the preparation stage for the forum: identify funds and corporations whose requests are relevant to the participants' technological solutions, conduct pre-forum consultations, help schedule targeted meetings, and prepare for participation in pitch sessions and the exhibition program. In 2026, the forum is held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The organizers are IVF RT, the Russian Venture Investment Association (RAVI), the Association for the Promotion of Digital Development (APDD), and the Innovation and Production Technopark "Idea."
